Gilbertsville Fire and Rescue Company is the recognized fire company providing 100% Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services to the Residents, Businesses and Visitors in Douglass Township, Montgomery County. We are available 24/7/365 to respond to any emergency that you may encounter.
Members are trained and equipped in many different types of rescue. This includes Swift Water Rescue, Ice Rescue, Vehicle Rescue, Confined Space, High and Low Angle Rescue and Trench Rescue.
We are proud to provide fire prevention and community outreach services. Involvement in our community to bring education and fire prevention is paramount to our organization.
